Ibraheem-Ola Haruna
Ibraheem is the founder and CEO of Envision Learning Solutions
of Canada, Envision Consultancy Services Inc of Canada, and
Co-Partner at Stratepro Technologies & Techify Nig. Ltd.
Ibraheem has over 22 years of experience as a senior executive
and Management Consultant in Telecommunication, Information
Technology, Project/Program/Portfolio Delivery, and Human
Capital Development.
He held various senior management positions as a Project Lead/Agile Coach for the Federal Government of Canada, Agile Transformation Lead at Hewlett Packard of USA, and Sr. Agile Coach/Sr. Manager at Rogers Communication of Canada, Sr. Delivery Manager at Morgan Stanley of USA, Sr. Agile Coach/Manager at Government of British Columbia, Canada, Sr. Agile Coach/Manager at TD Bank of Canada, Sr. Program Manager at Royal Bank of Canada, Sr. Program Manager at Telus Communications of Canada, Sr. Program Manager at University of Alberta Canada, Sr. Program Manager at Telecomsultants of Canada, Regional Manager at MTN Nigeria, Transmission Planner/Project Manager at Econet Wireless, Nigeria and Telecom Engr. Ibraheem is the founder of Envision Agile Community of Practice, which brings professionals across Canada, the USA, and around the globe to learn and share experiences on Leadership and Agile Project Management. Membership of this organization is currently over 1400 and cut across Africa, the UK, Canada, and the USA
Ibraheem obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Ilorin, a Bachelor of Technology Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada, and an MBA from the University of the People, California, USA. Ibraheem held other professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Agile Coach, and other Telecommunications Certifications.
Pallishree Pallavi
Pallishree Pallavi is a seasoned Agile transformation and project management coach with over 12 years of experience in helping organizations achieve delivery excellence using industry best practices.
She has served as an Agile transformation and delivery lead for major organizations in the software, banking & finance, marketing and telecommunication sectors across UK, USA, Canada and India - Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services, Airmiles Canada, TD bank, Cooperators Insurance, Aviva Insurance and Rogers telecommunication, to name a few.
She holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and a Post graduation in Banking and Finance from India. She is a certified Scaled Agile Consultant (SPC) and has other professional certifications like Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Property and liability and Personal Insurance and Insurance Risk Management,
She has extensive experience in guiding and managing medium to
large-scale digital product (web and mobile applications)
delivery.
As a transformation consultant with diverse industry experience,
she uses a pragmatic and tailored approach to guide the
organizations on their transformation journey and train the
teams.
Outside the corporate world, she is an avid solo traveler who
loves sharing her travel stories and tips through her blog.
